At the helm of Radiant Design Studio stands Rajagopal S.M., a veteran structural designer, leader, and mentor who brings over 37 years of hands-on experience in the design, execution, and supervision of landmark projects across Karnataka. As the Principal Structural Designer and Office Lead, he heads the studio’s multidisciplinary team of engineers and architects, guiding every project from concept to construction with uncompromising precision and leadership.

An alumnus of Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore (M.E. in Structures, 1987) and UVCE (B.E. Civil, 1984), Rajagopal is a revered figure in the architectural-engineering landscape of Karnataka. He served as an Executive Engineer at KPWD, where he led the structural design and development of complex government infrastructure for decades — before bringing his legacy and leadership to Radiant.

Rajagopal’s influence extends beyond calculations and drawings — he mentors, manages, and motivates the entire Radiant Design Studio team. Every engineer and architect in the studio works under his technical guidance, learning from his extensive knowledge and benefiting from his exacting standards. His leadership ensures that every design is not just creative, but structurally sound, sustainable, and future-ready.
